Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you decide to sell the home you purchased through RE/MAX SELECT within 18 months of the date you closed; and RE/MAX SELECT acted as your agent in the home purchase we will:

• Offer to sell the home for you for FREE…waiving our normal selling commission charges. 

Sell For Free Conditions: 

• RE/MAX SELECT will waive our portion of the 3% listing broker fee normally charged, however you will be responsible for paying a 3% brokerage fee to the co-op agent, including a RE/MAX SELECT agent who brings an acceptable offer to purchase.
   
• Seller will pay normal customary closing costs associated with selling the home. There will be $495 escrow tracking fee due and payable to RE/MAX SELECT upon closing. 
  
• You will sign a 180-day exclusive right listing agreement with RE/MAX SELECT.
  
• You must purchase another home of equal or greater value using RE/MAX SELECT as your exclusive buyer representative. RE/MAX SELECT shall receive no less than a 3% cooperative fee from the listing company, private home owner (FSBO), or new home builder, on the home you purchase. Any amount received less than the 3% cooperative fee shall be made up by you and paid to RE/MAX SELECT at closing as part of the brokerage fee due RE/MAX SELECT under this agreement.
   
• Selling your home, because of a job transfer will invalidate this agreement.
